Serious hooked me up. It's not a kit that Willwood offers. It's the GT72 rotors (I think) with the W6a race caliper. They had a local source custom make the caliper bracket to fit.

It's an awesome system.

The groove might be a wear indicator or to reduce the possibility of pad cracking due to thermal expansion/contraction over the length. Don't know for sure. Nice pads though. I hope they stop your car like you want...

We will see. They will definitely be better than the last event I ran where I had to use street pads!

Edit: I'm talking about the depression in the right side of the pad/backing plate, not the centerline groove. Best guess so far is that it is for a pad wear sensor fitment.

Oh, that's where you put the nitrogen cooling nozzle... Probably for some type of heat or wear sensor. Fire off an email to the manufacturer...
